I wasn't in much of a mood to take photographs on Friday morning. I think I was more excited at meeting the others more than anything. I think it was also because I wasn't shooting fully on my Leica and if I did, I knew I wouldn't be able to get the same kind of photolab service that I could back home. But i wonder why that should stop me from exercising the same enthusiasm with my Nikon D80. There's just something about film that I love.
Just the same I'm beginning to realise that Dubai might actually be a great place for portrait and people photography. Like the Indian sub continent, most folks seem keen to have their picture taken.
